Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Hygiene Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any sauna briefs or underwear products that have been opened, tried on, or worn, unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

We recommend reviewing our size chart carefully before placing your order.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened sauna briefs and underwear
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different size or item is to place a new order and return your unopened item once approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

However, this right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
