Every pair includes one cooling pack. However, we give out two FREE ice packs per first order of shorts. The idea is simple: one pack can be in use while the spare is kept in the freezer, cooler bag, or gym locker so you can swap between rounds.

If you are very sensitive to cold, let the pack temper for a minute after the freezer, or wear them for a minute outside the sauna to settle the feel before you step in

Yes, since they are 100% cotton. You can take them into a cold plunge if that is part of your routine. After plunging, rinse them in fresh water and dry them properly. If you are moving between sauna and plunge, a second pack is handy so you can swap based on what feels best.
