Why we made these
You built a sauna habit for the long run. Finish the setup.
Most of us came to the sauna for the same reasons: to recover after training, to unwind, to stay in shape for the decades ahead. You already sort out the details: water, electrolytes, a hat for your head, a sensible session length.
The one part of a man's body that is built to sit a little cooler usually gets no thought at all. It sits there in the full heat, session after session.
We didn't think the answer was to sauna less. We thought the answer was better kit.
Who they're for
Made for two kinds of sauna regulars
🔥 The sauna regular
Three, four, five sessions a week. You sauna for how it makes you feel and you want to keep getting the most from the habit. The pocket lets you stay in for your usual session with one area kept cool.
⏳ The man thinking long term
Forty, fifty, sixty and planning to stay active for years. You care about doing your habits well, not just often. Cotton next to your skin, a cold pack in front, nothing to fuss with.
The usual workarounds
A wet towel slips. A loose ice pack slides. A cold shower comes after.
Cooling down after you get out is a good habit. But it happens once the session is over. Holding a towel or a pack in place for 15 minutes isn't relaxing either.
Keep the heat. Keep one spot cool. A zip pocket in the front of a cotton brief does the holding for you, for the whole session.

Put the ice pack in the freezer before you head out.
2
Zip
Slide it into the front pocket and zip it shut.
3
