Why red and not yellow or clear?
Red-tinted lenses cover the full 400–500nm blue range. Clear and yellow lenses let more of it through.
When do I wear them?
In the evening, from sunset until lights out, while you're on screens or under indoor lights. Everything looks red-tinted while they're on, so they're not for driving.
Can I wear them in the sauna?
Yes. The acetate frames are made not to warp in the heat.
